Accessible information:
The hotel has level access to the ground floor, and most public areas are fully accessible. Please contact the hotel for full information on the accessiblity of guestrooms (there are a number of ground floor rooms)

Free WiFi internet access is available throughout the hotel, all guest rooms have WiFi. Photocopying services are also available (at a charge)
Cancellation policy:
Bookings can be cancelled up to 2 day(s) before 21:00 on the day of check in free of charge. Bookings cancelled less than 2 day(s) before 21:00 on the day of check in will incur a charge of the first nights stay.

The hotel accepts payments made by cash (Sterling only), most major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta, Solo, American Express). The hotel is unable to accept personal or travellers cheques.
Advance payment may be made by any of the aforementioned methods or by bank transfer
Damages:
Delayed or amended charges. A charge will be applied to the value of repairs required for damages to fittings and furnishings which are found in bedrooms subsequent to a guest’s departure. If smoking is detected in the bedrooms then a full day’s charge will automatically be made

Food service: We serve food from 12 noon to 2 pm and from 5 pm to 9 pm (last orders) Monday to Friday; from 12 noon to 9 pm (last orders) on Saturday and from 12 noon to 8 pm (last orders) on Sunday. Children’s menus are available. Full Vegetarian and Gluten Free menus are also available

Credit/debit cards are accepted as a form of guarantee and payment online
Pets:
Guide dogs are welcomed but in general dogs are not permitted inside the hotel building. Well behaved dogs are permitted in the garden dining area

There is no service charge. Gratuities are at the customer’s discretion
